MyNINA also allows for schools and companies to easily control the instant messaging within the school, as MyNINA can easily shut down other instant messaging protocols such as AOL Instant Messenger (R) and Yahoo! Messenger (R). This allows management to know employees are working and not chatting.

My Carlot

My Carlot is an application that car dealerships and other companies and individuals can use to provide, not only a powerful database of their current stock, but also provide in-depth information for potential buyers via the web. My Carlot allows individuals to easily upload pictures and information of the automobiles in stock into a database that shoppers can easily find similar automobiles by color, size, miles per gallon, etc.

Sir Rent-a-Lot

Sir Rent-a-Lot is an application for managing a car rental location. It tracks cars by mileage, fuel, color, previous customers, and other details. The software can also be extended for multiple locations and incorporate contracts.

Whiteboard

Whiteboard provides an easily to use and fully supported set of dynamic software applications for schools. Overall Whiteboard allows teachers and school administrators to keep track of students' grades, attendance, parent/guardian contacts, and other information, all dynamically served upon request via intranet to teachers and administrators. Students and parents may also login via the web to view the student's current grades and attendance records.

The Whiteboard Learning System provides all of the above and the ability for students to have school courses via the web, by providing them with the necessary information and making it easy for teachers to provide that information and also keep track of and grade what the work the students complete. Each class and student have forums that allow teachers and students to collaborate and communicate with each other quickly and easily.
